Day 10 - 25% done!!

Really think about this Boldone....

10. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.

I can relate to this because after 58 years I've put a lot of food into my stomach and now I'm feeling more of the things that I shouldn't have put in there.

For example, I can't eat anything fried or with excess fat because it REALLY upsets my stomach. I attribute it to too much fried, fatty foods in the past, or possibly it may be because I started to eliminate these from my diet and now my stomach doesn't want them in there anymore.

But God's natural plants DO WELL in the stomach that God created.

Another thought is to try reading the labels for ingredients and fat content - too many manufactured ingredients and way too much sodium (salt) for the normal body! Without reading lablels I know when I've eaten something has entirely too much salt in it because my legs swell up like balloons and ache from trying to stretch out of their skin! At least that's what it feels like!

Anyhow, start paying attention to what you eat and how your body reacts to it. My father and his father and most of his brothers died before their 65th birthday. I don't want to continue that trend. I want to watch my grandkids have kids of their own.

I love you. I love Jesus. And I love the body that God gave to me.
