Day 11, it's time to drink...

Green tea is terribly healthy and good for your digestive system, white tea is even better because it's the original tea before they add the coloring additives. I'm all for tea:

11. Drink green tea and plenty of water. Eat blueberries, wild Alaskan salmon, broccoli, almonds & walnuts.

I love blueberries, especially fresh picked! I love wild Alaskan salmon - is there another kind? It's best smoked, too. I love broccoccoli, but I'm kinda just okay on almonds and walnuts, I prefer pecans and cashews.

So here I am again, back to the basics. Water is always good for you, but you can drink too much so don't get too much water. Don't worry, it takes a lot to get too much water and it's usually only the athletes that work out in the hot sun and continually, drink, drink, drink.

When I decided to wean myself off soda I chose to drink equal amounts of water then soda. Nowadays I'm pretty well away from my soda addiction and really enjoying good water. The only problem is that now I can "taste" water and I'm pretty picky about what water I drink.

So, now without gas and electricity I really, really appreciate the piped in water! Guess it wasn't always piped in back in the old days that I so treasure. Nope, now we add chemicals and pipe it in, rust included.
