Day 3

Ok, so now I'm a day behind because it took all my effort and energy last night to accomplish Day 2 goal. And to complete my horrible day yesterday I HAD to focus on my Day 2 goal of 10 minutes of silence. And today I woke up with the inner feeling of accomplishment and the outer feeling of God's comforting arms wrapped around me and his guidance in what I've already started doing today. He has put the thoughts in my head, the walk in my step, and the words in my mouth. And today I totally trust in the Almighty God. Thank you, my Heavenly Father.

3. Buy a DVR and tape your late night shows and get more sleep .

Well, no, I don't have the funding right now to go out and buy new equipment and I'm weening myself off some of my late night shows.

In fact this week my night of late night shows (ok, my "late night" consists of Thursday evening shows beginning at 7 pm and ending at 10 pm, well, then ya just gotta watch the news!) we pre-empted with ongoing severe weather newscasts, tornadoes actually. But I did NOT watch when they reran these episodes beginning at 1:09 am!

No, one up with new technology - I watched one and only one of my shows during my quiet time yesterday (before all hell broke loose) on the computer at http://www.abc.com/.

And then my sister blessed me the day before with some melatonin strips from Avon. Thank you, Avon, and God bless my sister!

Of course I was up till after midnight but I did sleep until after 7 this morning! And after following God's guidance this morning and now hitting my computer addition, I think I'll crawl back in bed next to the dog and just go where God leads me. It will probably be continung in the book I'm reading, PROPHET, a novel by Frank E. Peretti or sleeping, whichever God sees fit.

Or spending the day at the zoo.

Or doing the work I brought home to get done.

I've already eliminated the Edmond Arts Festival that I had planned.

Okay, Day 3, get more sleep...............ZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzz
