Well, I'd really like to focus on this one but I can't do it with my fingers moving to what my brain is telling them.
2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Buy a lock of you have to.
Ten whole minutes??? That's really a loooooooooong time for a busy person! Of coures I'm going to have to do that at work where I won't fall asleep. Actually that's my problem lately, I'm not sleeping. But that might be another blog, let me finish this part first.
My bedroom door has a lock on it so I'm fortunate in that. However, have you ever noticed that the way to get attention is to close a door? At work or at home, a closed door seems to mean, "Come see what I'm doing."

Well, that wasn't exactly silence, I was on the phone with my boss. Still, I wasn't typing and my fingers had a break. Does that count?
Okay, I'm leaving now to go find a block of ten minutes so that I can accomplish my Day 2 goal.
